A selection of works from past contracts and clients
Overhall of entire website. Creating new wireframes and UX for the client Matrix Education to prepare for their expansion into other states like Melbourne and then the rest of Australia.
Worked for Random Blowup (the developer agency) on their client's website (Matrix Education) as the UX designer, coming up with new navigation, blog page templates and ways to display their courses.
Frequent client showings for feedback and understanding how their courses work to easily translate it to their target audience (parents of primary and high school children, often English as a second language), as well as pricing and delivery structure. Ultimately like an Ecommerce site for courses.
Translating their Indesign prototypes and designs into Figma, pixel perfect like for like fonts, spacing etc.
Worked for Yonder (the agency) on their website and responsive pages for Goodman (agency's client). Fast paced environment, creating 13 or so desktop designs that contained tables and charts, lists and directories along with a team of 5 inhouse designers (indesign, print) to create the mockups.
Utilising components and styles to speed up the process, comments feature in figma to markup designs and advising their design team on how to implement
Creating a Design system from scratch for Sydney/UK based series B startup.
Worked with lead UX designer and inhouse developers front end and back end, project manager and sales.
Designed in figma, creating a blue sky future concept UI for sales opportunities as well as a upgrading their existing UI using Carbon Design System as the foundation.

Designed in figma, with higher requirements for accessibility which enabled their sites to rank well in SEO as well as the leading best practices in accessibility and usability
Software startup for Australian fashion companies providing analytics specific to fashion brands services to help fashion buyers, planners make more accurate investments in product inventory and facililate a more seamless workflow between different departments like designers, e-commerce, production and merchandisers.
Worked with in-house engineers on the desktop app. Small 10 person start up working as the sole product designer as well as on promotional website.
Role: design of the app using figma, creating pixel perfect designs and working through creation of a design system, as well as wireframing and conceptualisation for website
Migrating a sharemarket software platform from CMC Stockbrokers over to the look and feel of St. George, following their branding guidelines.
Worked with different departments including branding, marketing. Small team consisting of an optimisation manager, project manager, copywriter, digital producer and design (me).
Role: user journey mapping (existing vs new users), mockups, wireframes, prototypes, sourcing and retouching imagery for site.
Article landing page promoting health and beauty products for Woolworths. Housed on their Discover section, with rotating content every week.
Created using the Woolworths branding: fonts, colours, look and feel, and designed a new template for articles in this product group.

Re-designing the UI for a chatbot which enables more customers to find the answers to their questions easily, reducing the friction points.
Designed based on their design guidelines into a simple and friendly user interface. Design created alongside a lead UX designer and optimisation manage using methods such as crazy 8's to generate ideas and collaborating with a customer service person on the receiving end of live chat enquiries.
The final design could be easily transposed into the other 3 banks: Bank of Melbourne, Bank SA and St.George.

Designing the collection page to incorporate 'shop the look' elements underneath the campaign images to encourage purchases and enabling shoppers to see the connection between actual product and how it wears on the body.
